JOSELOFF’S and KASSEN’S strong financial management skills have led to sound budgets, low taxes, a Moody’s AAA bond rating, and thousands in savings.

PUBLIC SAFETY

JOSELOFF—a volunteer firefighter, EMT, and leader in Fairfield County’s disaster readiness planning—and KASSEN have improved Westport’s safety and security, including adding real-time security cameras at the Westport train station, increasing the number of firefighters, and implementing a reverse 911 system.

 

RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT

JOSELOFF and KASSEN brought online meetings to Westport and made services and records more accessible. They have implemented new, money-saving technologies, and coordinated activities to enhance downtown and commercial/non-profit partnerships.
